Job description
Location: Akobo, Ibadan
Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦120,000
Female/Male; 27 – 35 years; HND/Bachelors Degree in Accounting; Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accountant; Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is an advantage; Strong knowledge of accounting principles & financial reporting; Proficiency in accounting software & Microsoft Excel; Excellent analytical, organizational, & communication skills; MUST reside in-around Akobo.
Job responsibilities
- Prepare, process, & manage invoices & other financial records/documents
- Cross-check invoices with payments & expenses to ensure accuracy
- Manage accounts payable & receivable
- Send bills and invoices to clients.
- Track & record company expenses.
- Work with collection agencies to handle overdue payments
- Communicate with clients regarding billing & payments.
